With more than 12 million teens between 13 - 17, in the USA alone, using Facebook as of April 2010, sponsors will gain great exposure. When we consider Facebook's global reach, this is a fantastic opportunity for worldwide exposure. Of course, we cannot guarantee the number of people who will use our app but given the trend of teenagers, we expect our app to soar with video chatter.

Facebook has seen a steady increase in user accounts since its inception. As of April 2010 there are more than 400 million worldwide active accounts.

If you consider kids' safety online to be a serious matter then we want you to partner with us. FunAndKids.com is seeking financial partners to help create a brand new video chat app for kids to use FREELY on the Internet's most popular social media network, FACEBOOK.

My team and I have already created a Facebook Webcam App that lets professionals connect with friends LIVE on their profile pages using their webcams. Now we want to create a similar application for kids, and to make it free for them to use. To do this, we need your help.

Kids will be able to use webcams to connect with each other LIVE on their Facebook profile pages. The program's screening will only allow connections with active webcams. This will allow users to see who they are chatting with.

Facebook already takes great care to ensure that not just anyone can be friends on it's social network. Each person has to approve friend requests. But did you know, kids are making NEW friends everyday from around the world? How do they, and you, know that these new friends are not perverts disguised as kids just to lure innocent kids into "who knows what?" You can help prevent it, NOW.

If a kid accepts a chat request from someone who turns out to be a pervert, or an unwanted contact, the child will be able to hit the "Report User" button and report the offender.
